All products purchased in store or online at Kaelena Kelley Aesthetics are final sale and not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

KK aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carrier. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.

KK aesthetics is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

KK aesthetics is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful deliveries.
